just go to the window you want to take a screenshot of,, without any other windows in the way windows open, press ctrl+print screen, then go to paint or something, the go to edit, click paste, and if you did it right, there should be a screenshot

after that save it, and use whatever program to crop it

croing cuts out all of the image except for the part of the image that you dont want cropped, when you just left click and hold it until the box is covering the area you want to cover, then click whatever button that crops it, save it, upload it
